In an exciting round 8 Super Rugby match, the Chiefs displayed great courage and tactical skills but unfortunately lost to the Hurricanes.

The Hurricanes dominated the scrums in the first half but could not convert this advantage into points. Despite this, they maintained control and put on a solid performance. In the second half, the Chiefs made a comeback with some critical plays from McKenzie, who briefly put them in the lead with impressive kicking.

During the match, the team experienced a surge in the second half, resulting in them earning two tries in just two minutes. However, their opponents managed to score three more tries, increasing their lead, and ultimately securing a bonus-point victory.

The Hurricanes had a very attacking play, but they struggled with their line-out, losing the ball three times. Despite this setback, the team demonstrated their resilience and ability to handle in-game adversities. They are now looking to improve their performance for the rest of the season, particularly in tightening up their game and execution from a set-piece.
